How Does A Central Vacuum Work?

A Central Vacuum System is a sealed system that transports vacuumed dirt through a network of in-wall tubing installed during construction of a home, or they can be added afterwards with no structural modifications. They can be installed in homes built on a slab, crawl space, or b asement. A Central Vacuum can usually be installed in about one day. Inlet valves are placed in convenient locations throughout the home for easy whole-house cleaning. The power unit is typically installed in a garage, basement, or utility room.
